1. Raise Plumbing & Water Tanks
We disassemble and raise any pipes and water tanks sitting on the roof, so the entire surface underneath can be treated.
2. Clear, Sand & Self-Level
We clear the roof of dust and debris, sand down the surface, and pour a self-leveling layer where the slab needs it before waterproofing.
3. Fill Cracks & Form Ka3ket
We fill every crack and build up “ka3ket” — concrete corner fillets — at every wall, parapet, and pipe junction, so the PU membrane has a smooth curve to seal instead of a sharp right angle.
4. Prime & Apply 3 PU Coats
We apply the Hyperdesmo primer, then three coats of PU with a 24-hour wait between each coat, for a fully sealed, water-tight roof.

Why do you raise the water tanks and pipes first?
Water tanks, pipes, and plumbing fixtures sit directly on the roof surface in most Lebanese homes. We raise and disassemble them first so the PU membrane can cover the entire slab underneath, including the areas they were blocking.
What is 'ka3ket' and why is it necessary?
Ka3ket refers to a concrete corner fillet we build at every wall junction, parapet, and pipe base. It replaces a sharp 90-degree angle with a smooth curve, which is where PU membranes hold up best. Most roof leaks start exactly at these corners, so this step is never skipped.
Do you self-level the roof before waterproofing?
When the existing slab has an uneven surface or pooling low points, we pour a self-leveling layer before priming, so water drains properly instead of sitting on the roof.
