A roof that doesn’t leak, for a decade

Professional PU Roof Waterproofing in Lebanon

We offer full-service polyurethane (PU) roof waterproofing in Lebanon, from preparation to final execution. We use the Hyperdesmo PU system, applied by our own team, and back every job with a 10-year execution warranty. That covers everything: raising water tanks and disassembling plumbing pipes, clearing the roof of dust and debris, sanding the surface, self-leveling where needed, filling cracks, forming concrete “ka3ket” (corner fillets) at every wall and parapet junction, priming, and applying three coats of PU until the roof is fully sealed against water seepage. Why we recommend it for Lebanese roofs

Why Polyurethane (PU) Is the Right Choice for Your Roof

Polyurethane is a synthetic waterproofing membrane widely used across Lebanon because it performs well through the country’s mix of heavy winter rain, summer heat, and coastal humidity. Applied correctly, a PU membrane forms one continuous, seamless, elastic layer over the entire roof, with no joints for water to find its way through.

Every step, done properly

Our PU Roof Waterproofing Process

A professional PU job depends on the preparation as much as the product. Here is exactly how we execute every roof.

Why the corners matter: most roof leaks in Lebanon start at sharp 90-degree corners, pipe bases, and wall junctions — not the flat surface. Forming a proper concrete “ka3ket” at every one of these points before applying PU is what makes the difference between a roof that stays dry and one that leaks again within a year.

Common questions

PU Roof Waterproofing FAQ

PU (polyurethane) waterproofing is a liquid-applied membrane that cures into a single, seamless, elastic layer over the roof, sealing it against water seepage without joints or seams.

Water tanks, pipes, and plumbing fixtures sit directly on the roof surface in most Lebanese homes. We raise and disassemble them first so the PU membrane can cover the entire slab underneath, including the areas they were blocking.

Ka3ket refers to a concrete corner fillet we build at every wall junction, parapet, and pipe base. It replaces a sharp 90-degree angle with a smooth curve, which is where PU membranes hold up best. Most roof leaks start exactly at these corners, so this step is never skipped.

When the existing slab has an uneven surface or pooling low points, we pour a self-leveling layer before priming, so water drains properly instead of sitting on the roof.

After priming, we apply three coats of PU, with a 24-hour wait between each coat to allow proper curing. Combined with the preparation work, a typical roof takes about a week from start to finish.

We offer a 10-year execution warranty, covering our workmanship on the full job, not just the product itself.

We use the Hyperdesmo polyurethane system, applied by our own trained team from preparation through the final coat.
